Yum!! I added a sprinkle of brown sugar right at the end, and they were wonderful. Even my vegetable-hating husband ate some! Thanks for the recipe! — AzMama17 Nov 23, 2009

Quick and Easy Skillet Potato Halves

Posted by tbearmom03

We really liked these. Mine took about 40 minutes to cook through. It was nice to be able to have these cook on the stove instead of heating up my kitchen with the oven. — AzMama17 Sep 12, 2009

Lemon Butter Bars

Posted by daisygrl64

I liked that these were easy to make with ingredients I always have on hand. I think next time I might add a little more sugar to the crust to make them just a bit sweeter. A graham crust might also be good with the lemon filling on top. Thanks... — AzMama17 Sep 2, 2009

I didn't have any beef so I just made the sauce in a pan and added some steamed broccoli and zuchini and a can of water chesnuts. It was yummy and took care of my craving for chinese food. — AzMama17 Feb 5, 2009

Restaurant Style Ranch Dressing

Posted by southern_gal12000

Definetly better than bottled ranch, and I like that it does not taste "mayonaisse-y". I tasted it after an hour, but the flavor improved after a few extra hours in the refrigerator, so I would reccommend chilling for 2-3 hours. — AzMama17 Dec 17, 2008

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup

What a great fall recipe. I added a can of corn and cut back a bit on the tomatoes, otherwise followed as written and it was a hit. My two-year-old gobbled it up! — AzMama17 Oct 4, 2008

This was great! I'm not usually a big fan of pumpkin so I only used half the can and I loved how it turned out. I will be serving this at our Halloween party. — AzMama17 Aug 25, 2008

I adapted this recipe in several ways to suit my tastes, but I think the use of the soups is a great idea and a great base for the sauce. Thanks for the inspiration! — AzMama17 Jul 25, 2008

Although I think the flavor was nice, for some reason the cheese never melted. The texture was not good. I even tried microwaving it to see if I could get it to come together, and although it was steaming hot, the cheese never melted. I have made... — AzMama17 Mar 27, 2008
