Christmas Broccoli Salad

This recipe is similar to mine. I use white balsamic vinegar, this keeps it form looking brown, as using cider vinegar does. I also shred carrots, and use sunflower kernels. Nexy time I make it I am going to use pecans for a nice change. — chappy_J1 Nov 26, 2007

I grilled my chicken after beating it up. About aminute or two per side since it was thin. Sauce was great had a little left over used it on some sauted mushrooms. This will be in my kitchen for many years to come — chappy_J1 Mar 19, 2006
