Sweet Carrots

Posted by KissKiss

I made this with baby carrots, they were quite tasty, as expected. I made this for ZWT5. I really liked the vanilla with the carrot flavor! — sarahubasics Jun 15, 2009

Steamed Fresh Mussels in a Creamy Broth

Posted by ~Leslie~

I made this with clams and shrimp and it turned out very tasty. It was a bit salty for my taste, but perhaps I reduced the broth too much. Made for ZWT5. — sarahubasics Jun 3, 2009

Garlic and Herb Parmesan Buns (Abm)

Posted by Chef1MOM~Connie

These were great, I will definitely make them again. They are soft and chewy. I made them a bit different because I do not have a bread machine. I used 3/4 tsp garlic powder instead of minced garlic. I would add more next time. I also used 2 c all... — sarahubasics Jun 1, 2009

Mexican Hot Cocoa

Posted by Lauralie41

This was super tasty! I only had one cup of milk, so I cut the recipe down and used 1 heaping spoonful of nesquik instead of sugar and baking cocoa. I loved the cinnamon and vanilla with the chocolate. — sarahubasics Jun 1, 2009

Made this for ZWT5. Interesting combination. Didn't have the parsley. This went well with meatloaf. — sarahubasics May 21, 2009

Cinnamon Flan

Posted by my3beachbabes

very tasty! I had a hard time with the sugar melting, but it turned out okay, it took a lot longer than eight minutes for me. Also, I could't taste the cinnamon! Made for ZWT5. — sarahubasics May 18, 2009

Sweet and Tangy Beef

Posted by JaqiO

This was okay, but I made it in a 5 quart slow cooker not realizing that it is a recipe for a smaller slow cooker. After seven hours it was a bit over cooked. Next time I will double the recipe and see how it turns out. — sarahubasics May 10, 2009

Express Bagel Recipe

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by Chef #342477

This is a great recipe. I used regular flour and active dry yeast but I let the dough rise twice. The bagels look and taste just like bought bagels and were much less expensive. Double the recipe if you want six large bagels. — sarahubasics Feb 16, 2008
