Twit Twooo, Hooting Halloween Owls - Halloween Cupcakes/Muffins

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by French Tart

I made gluten free cupcakes and used scizzors to cut marshmellows for the whites of the eyes and M&M's for the pupils. Either peanut or regular M&M's. I used cashews for the nose. They were amazing! — Sue Tip Nov 16, 2009

Pumpkin Banana Froth - Halloween

I appreciated seeing a smoothie recipe using pumpkin. We added 2 tablespoons of honey. I had to coerce my kids to even drink half. I think this would be better suited to someone who drinks smoothies for health rathr than taste. I am thinking of... — Sue Tip Oct 14, 2009

Chipotle Roast for Tacos & Sandwiches

My kids were not crazy about our Christmas prime rib. So I used the leftovers in this recipe and I omitted the chipotles so it wasn't spicy. The canned green chilies always add a really nice flavor we really enjoy. We ate it on sandwiches and... — Sue Tip Jan 3, 2009

Beef Stew Pot

Posted by bayoucritter aka. angela

We loved this dinner! I made it with some variations; 1.5 lbs stew meat, 2 red potatoes, no turnips, garden green beans, 1 red onion, garden celery (so good!), no celery salt and 2 bay leafs. I added frozen peas at the beginning and they were fine. — Sue Tip Nov 17, 2008

Spicy Peanut Chicken Kabobs

We enjoyed the chicken but I only had crunchy peanut butter and maybe that's why the mixture stayed clumpy when I made it. I will be making this again after I buy smooth peanut butter. I left out the cayenne pepper so my children would eat it.... — Sue Tip Nov 13, 2008
