Rotisserie Lemon-Rosemary Chicken

Posted by luvmybge

I removed the back bone of my chicken with cooking shears, then laid it over indirect heat (on HIGH)) and grilled it for a little over 1 hour. It was so tender and juicy. This will get a repeat performance again very soon! — Chef #730763 Sep 3, 2009

Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding

This is outrageously delicious! We took our first bite and was hooked! You can use any bread you like but sweet bread has a nice texture to it that I really enjoyed, so I think I would use that again. I added walnuts to ours and might try pecans... — Chef #730763 Sep 2, 2009
