Wonderful, I used this recipe to make a lime soymilk pudding. The texture is perfect, and you'll know when it's thickened when cooking it, it thickens all of a sudden . Definitely a favorite and makes a great base for any other soymilk pudding.... — The Easy Vegan Mar 25, 2008

Yes, like other people have said these are absolutely delicious and better than some non-vegan pancakes I've had. I soaked a handful of dried blueberries in the soymilk beforehand and these made delicious, fluffy pancakes even with whole wheat flour. — The Easy Vegan Feb 8, 2008
