Jo Mama's World Famous Spaghetti

Used hot Italian salami instead of sausage and basil pesto instead of dried basil. Very tasty and lovely aroma. One of the best homemade pasta sauces around. It's a crime to use a jar sauce when a little effort will create something much better. — Chef #721261 Jan 9, 2008
