Your recipe makes the lightest, moistest, tastiest pan de sal I've ever baked. I followed the recipe almost exactly, I baked them at 350F for 20 minutes (I forgot to read the oven temp). Thank you for the excellent recipe! It is definitely a keeper. — ZinkyZoink Jan 8, 2008
