Pumpkin Bars

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by MizzNezz

My family and I absolutely love these bars. They are moist and yummy. This recipe makes a large batch as well. The cream cheese frosting is wonderful- I use only 2 cups of powered sugar so it is not as sweet. — Jennifer2 Johnson Nov 15, 2004

Belly Buster

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Derf

This is not a meal my family enjoyed. The tomato was a bit much for them, and it lacked flavor. However, they never say "no" to cheese! — Jennifer2 Johnson Nov 15, 2004

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Posted by MizzNezz

I agree this dish has a delicate flavor, however, it is also very plain. It is not difficult to make, but it needs some flavor added to it. The crab is the only saving grace this recipe has. — Jennifer2 Johnson Nov 15, 2004

Meatballs

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Rhonda O

These were good meatballs. I added a pinch of pepper and about 1/2 tsp of oregano. As offered in another review, I tried my oval bakingstone. They turned out a bit dry- probably baked them too long. Thanks for the idea and recipe! — Jennifer2 Johnson Feb 5, 2003

Chicken Cordon Bleu

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by MizzNezz

Overall, this was a tasty recipe. The sauce did turn out really thick and most of the cheese melted out of the chicken while cooking, so I'll make some adjustments for next time. — Jennifer2 Johnson Feb 5, 2003

Cream Cheese Mints

Posted by Kannwilson

These mints are excellent. Thanks so much for the recipe-they were a big hit a recent bridal shower. I did use a mixer for blending the butter and cream cheese and used a pastry tube to produce a rose shape. — Jennifer2 Johnson Feb 5, 2003

I recently made this punch for a wedding shower. It was such a big hit that many asked for the recipie. This punch has the right combination so that it is not too sweet and not too tart. Thanks so much! — Jennifer2 Johnson Feb 5, 2003

Spinach Artichoke Dip

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Juli

I recently made this for a wedding shower and it was a big hit. I will probably use a little less spinach and artichokes the next time I make it, but still a yummy recipie. — Jennifer2 Johnson Feb 5, 2003
