Golden Honey Chicken

Simple and tasty! I made this for my family with rice and corn bread and they fought over the chicken. I made 5.5 lbs of chicken quarters and kicked the honey and soy sauce to 1/2 cup and ketchup to3/4 cup. Added lots of garlic and good to go! — Melody McDonald Jan 8, 2008

The smell of the ribs filled our house. I would change the cooking temp from 350 to 300 for the 1 1/2hr and make more marinade but otherwise YUMMY! — Melody McDonald Jan 6, 2008
