Tasty Turkey Burgers

Excellent burgers. The seasonings give a really good flavor. I use 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne instead of liquid seasoning to provide an extra "pop". I also like the breadcrumbs; makes the turkey easier to handle, not so gooey. — Pcake Jul 11, 2005
