Crock Pot Chicken Vindaloo

Posted by najwa

I have made other Vindaloo recipes and this is by far the easiest. The taste is excellent however I added the brown sugar as people suggested, and found it a bit sweet. Next time I will try it without the brown sugar. Thank you so much. — Chef #692025 Oct 27, 2009

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

I really enjoyed making this dish. I think it was the timing. There seemed to be just the right amount of time to complete each step during the cooking process and I never felt overwhelmed. I could even put things away while I cooked. The... — Chef #692025 Oct 25, 2009

Marsala Chicken & Mushroom Casserole

Posted by Meredith .F

I will make this again for sure. It turned out layered which made it look special. The taste was great. The only change I made was to use 2 cups of chicken broth instead of 2 cups of water. Thank you — Chef #692025 Oct 25, 2009

Momosita's Best Ever Chicken Marsala

Posted by lolablitz

We really liked it. I could not find beau monde seasoning but it seems to have turned out fine anyway. I cut the chicken into smaller pieces too which is just personal preference. Lots of sauce, which we really liked. Thank you — Chef #692025 Oct 19, 2009

Cajun-Style Chicken Nuggets

Posted by Julesong

This was way too salty for us. The onion soup mix was the culprit. That being said I loved the crunch of the dried onions. If I could find a sodium reduced onion soup mix, I would make this again. Thank you — Chef #692025 Sep 17, 2009

They were tasty but so much butter made them greasy. I would try making them with less butter next time. — Chef #692025 Jun 16, 2009

Delicious Chicken Pot Pie
