Everything Nice Oatmeal Cookies #2 (Low Fat!)

I made these cookies for teacher appreciation week and they turned out very good. I did not use coconut and added about an extra cup of oats. These cookies turned out very soft and kinda bulky (not flat). I'll definitely keep this recipe on hand. — The young chef May 9, 2009
