Wow, no more driving an hour to the Filipino bakery! These were ridiculously easy to make. I could only fit 20 rolls in my pan, so I used the leftover dough to make 3 cinnamon rolls in a mini loaf pan. They were fabulous! Salamat! — Donna Lv. Apr 28, 2009

I omitted the 'shrooms and substituted crumbled feta for the parmesan. The cinnamon provided a wonderful depth of flavor. Next time I want to add some chopped spinach to up the nutritional value. I think this would also be excellent in pita bread. — Donna Lv. Nov 21, 2007
