Poor Man's Lobster

Okay, maybe it's the power of suggestion, but this really does taste something like lobster! I tried the recipe with fresh cod (the cheapest fish I could find at my supermarket) and it worked perfectly. Good recipe. Very, very easy to prepare. — Juniperbark Feb 4, 2003
