Baked Oregano Halibut

Very quick and very good. I had to bake for 30 min, but it may be that my oven isn't getting as hot as it should. Get alot of good fresh halibut here in the Northwest and will make this again. Thanks. — Cathryn Mar 22, 2003

I took these to a potluck with my rubber stamping group and they were a big hit. I didn't put in the peppercorns but otherwise followed the recipe - well OK, so I don't measure exact measurements and there was probably more garlic than 1T but... — Cathryn Mar 22, 2003
