Rack Of Lamb

I wasn't real impressed with breadcrumb topping, but the meat was FABULOUS. Will definately make it again, but with a different topping. — Ackman Nov 21, 2009

Gorgeous Mashed Swede (Rutabaga)

Posted by robd16

Even when I was a kid, cooked rutabaga has always been one of my favorite vegetables! I make it like this but with LOTS of butter & w/o the milk...HEAVEN!!! I also like it in a stew or a boiled dinner, cause it absorbs the flavor of the meat. — Ackman Nov 18, 2009

Daddy's Pulled Pork- Texan Style!

Posted by mama's kitchen

The meat was VERY tender & moist, but as with most "Texas-style" bbq, I didn't care for it...there's something about it that just doesn't trip my trigger...sorry! I'll stick with Kansas City & Memphis bbq. — Ackman Nov 11, 2009

Hobo Burgers

Posted by KT~Lynn

These were very good, but I added a few of my own touches. (I've never followed a recipe "to-the-letter" yet) Used celery instead of green peppers (YUK)...also used a special seasoning of my own in the ground beef. I put them in the oven for an... — Ackman Sep 23, 2009

Country Style Sausage Patties

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by foodtvfan

Being a sausageholic, I just had to try these. I got 9 patties instead of 12. They were pretty tasty as is, but I think I'll try to adjust the seasonings a bit. THANKS for sharing! — Ackman Aug 29, 2009

Baby Back Ribs

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by BrendaM

These weren't exactly "fall off the bone", but they were VERY tender, with a little "snap" to them...just the way they should be! This was 1st time I've used this method & I'll be using it from now on, BUT...I like my ribs with a little smoke, so... — Ackman Aug 8, 2009

Creamy Ham, Potato & Corn Casserole

Posted by *~Chesska~*

This was pretty good, but could've used a little more seasoning IMO...couldn't really taste the Worcestershire sauce. Granddaughter's (7 & 3) loved it! Will make it again, but will add some seasonings. THANKS! — Ackman Jul 15, 2009

This was VERY good! The meat wasn't as tender as I had hoped, so I gave it just 4 Stars. The sauce, however, was EXCELLENT!!! I added a little Garlic Powder. Will most definately make this again! THANKS!!! — Ackman Jun 7, 2009

German Stollen

Posted by DeSouter

My wife is half German & her maiden name is Stoll. According to the family history, her Great-Grandfather was a baker in Germany & the inventor of Stollen. I've made her "family recipe" before, but not yours, so I can't rate it, just yet. — Ackman Mar 24, 2009

Buffalo Wings

Posted by sheila

I don't care for Tabasco...I use Trappey's Louisianna Hot Sauce...MUCH better flavor & less heat! Didn't have any cayenne, so I used Old Bay & I also used Lawry's Garlic Powder...turned out VERY good!!! THANKS for the idea!!! — Ackman Feb 22, 2009

Easy Corned Beef for Deli Sandwiches

Posted by BeachGirl

Made this yesterday...wasn't exactly what I hoped for. Slicing Corned Beef has never been an a problem with me, but cooking it in a crockpot has been. SOMEHOW the taste loses something, when cooked in a crockpot! Doubt if I'd make this again...sorry. — Ackman Jan 18, 2009

The Best Ever Crock Pot Lemon Pepper Chicken

Posted by Christina Chavez

I made this today, for Sunday dinner & it was FANTASTIC! I used leg quaters instead. I thought the soup mixture took away a little of the lemon pepper taste, so I added some when it was served up. Might slice up a lemon & add it next time, but... — Ackman Sep 14, 2008
