Chicken Bruschetta Casserole OAMC

Posted by SecretIngredients

I, too, thought the stuffing was mushier than I wanted. Plus, the mozzarella seemed slimy rather than stretchy. My daughter and husband liked it, my son and I were so-so about it. — agileangus Aug 23, 2009

Grilled Tilapia

Posted by Sage

This was really good. I used orange roughy instead of tilapia. THe only suggestion I would make would be to cut the aioli recipe in half - there was way too much left over. — agileangus Aug 23, 2009

Balsamic Chicken With Red, Orange and Yellow Peppers

Posted by Cucina Casalingo

Good in a pinch (although it takes a while to slice up all those peppers!) I think there was way too much olive oil and cooking spray - it was somewhat greasy. I only used one of each color pepper, not two, and there was more than enough! I... — agileangus Aug 17, 2009

North Carolina Barbecue

Posted by merrilife

Sorry, but we did not like this at all. The vinegar was overpowering, the pepper just made it hot. Maybe we're just used to a different kind of barbeque in the southwest. — agileangus Aug 16, 2009

The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Chris from Kansas

This was good . . . I doubled the receipe and my family of four ate it all up. It would probably be good with chicken too. This would be a great recipe to pull together ahead of time and cook at the last minute on a busy weeknight. — agileangus Aug 5, 2009

Creamy Parmesan Garlic Shrimp

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Oolala

While the flavor was good, the sauce was a little thin. The shrimp was also tough having been pre-cooked and then cooked even longer. Next time, I would add the shrimp at the last minute just to heat it through since it's already cooked. — agileangus Apr 12, 2009

4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Posted by Chippie

Super simple and fast. I used two pounds of shrimp and had nothing left over. I served with couscous and a salad for a nice, lite, quick weeknight dinner. — agileangus Oct 19, 2008

Mrs. Geraldine's Ground Beef Casserole

Posted by Jellyqueen

A little time consuming for a hamburger casserole (thus the four star rating). However, all the leftovers mysteriously disappeared, so someone in my house obviously liked it! — agileangus Oct 19, 2008

Tasty Low Fat Chicken Stuff for Chicken & Dumplings/Biscuits

Posted by ladypit

Very hearty and delicious! Like a homemade pot pie. I made the chicken ahead of time and used canned Pillsbury lowfat biscuits. That way, I was able to put dinner on the table in less than an hour. — agileangus Oct 19, 2008

Orzo Pasta Salad

Posted by bojmom

This was a great make ahead meal. I added grilled chicken breast and used fresh tomatoes instead of sun-dried (too expensive). The leftovers were good for lunch and snacks. — agileangus Oct 19, 2008

Crock Pot Creamy Mexican Chicken (Aka Fiesta Chicken)

Posted by BlondieItaliana

Very yummy! My son didn't like the black olives, but other than that, it was a hit! I served it over rice, but next time will try taco shells. I love the fact that you add the chicken already frozen. — agileangus Oct 19, 2008

Kittencal's Beef or Pork Marinade and Tenderizer

Very good. I made with pork chops and did them on the grill. My husband commented on how tender they were. — agileangus Sep 14, 2008

Make Ahead Mexican Chicken and Potatoes.

Posted by Grace at Sweet Grace's

I made this ahead and froze it as suggested. Rather than reheating in the microwave, I did it in the oven. I would parboil the potatoe slices first as some of them didn't cook all the way in the casserole. — agileangus Aug 31, 2008

Greek Baked Shrimp with Feta

Posted by Sue L

This was fabulous! My family wolfed it down. I prepared the sauce on the weekend when I had more time, then assembled and baked it a few days later during the week. Super! — agileangus Aug 31, 2008

Make Ahead Italian Sausage and Pasta Bake

Posted by CHILI SPICE

I made this exactly as the recipe suggested, and then froze it. I thawed and baked it several days later. The noodles were mushy and it not "saucy" enough. — agileangus Aug 31, 2008

Easy Potatoes

Posted by Cj Jackson

Very yummy! I melted the butter in the microwave and mixed everything up in a bowl rather than use a plastic bag. I also broiled the potatoes for a few minutes at the end to crisp them up a bit. — agileangus Aug 24, 2008
