This recipe was easy and delicious. I used a combination of 93% ground turkey and 85% ground beef. It came out moist, and not at all greasy. I cut it into small portions and served/ stored it with pasta sauce on top. Next time I may add... — Chef #643523 Mar 15, 2008

This came out of the oven very dense & heavy. It tasted best when fresh out of the oven, with a cornbread flavor. I stored it covered in the refrigerator, and it did not serve or heat well as leftovers. May be better with a few adjustments? — Chef #643523 Mar 12, 2008
