Zucchini

Posted by Tom Collins

Good recipe, but needed more spices for flavor. i also ended up with lots of liquid in the bottom from the broth and zucchini, but i drained some of it out and will use it as a soup base. — Blossom in Seattle Aug 27, 2009

Scampi Style Chicken Thighs

Posted by Julesong

this chicken was awesome. with a little more added salt brings out the flavor more. i broiled this once and it was amazing. next time i tried pan frying it... i don't recommend it... it retains too much of the flavor that it's overwhelming. stick... — Blossom in Seattle Jul 26, 2009

Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Posted by Lorrie in Montreal

Delicious! I used feta instead of romano and a few large portabella muchrooms. At first the mixture seemed really dry, but i drizzled a litle more olive oil on top before baking and they came out wonderfully. — Blossom in Seattle Mar 21, 2008

Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes

Very basic, easy, and delicious recipe. My only recommendation is that you let it sit MUCH longer. Two hours is not enough time for everything to fully soak in. I'd say 8 hours minimum would be best. — Blossom in Seattle Mar 21, 2008

Bavarian Restaurant Beer Cheese Soup

i also felt it seemed like it would have been better thicker... perhaps less stock. I used a Hefeweizen style beers... might have been too light for a soup. I also added mich more pepper and added some thyme too as i found the soup a bit mild... — Blossom in Seattle Mar 21, 2008

Lemon Potatoes

Posted by MA HIKER

This was delicious! I somehow ended up with a lot of liquid which didn't seem right, but turned out to be just fine. I used red potatoes instead of brown because i like them better, and i used rosemary instead of dill. — Blossom in Seattle Nov 24, 2007
