I'm enjoying a piece right now. Very good cake....moist and not overly sweet with just the perfect chocolate/banana flavor. Doesn't need any frosting, just plain or some powdered sugar is perfect. I baked in a 13 X 9 inch pan for 35 minutes. — King's cook Mar 21, 2009
