This recipe is similar to one that I use except for the topping. I think that is a nice touch. Made for 123 HITS — Nasseh Nov 24, 2009

I made this using half the Splenda that it called for. DH said that it was sweet then spicy. He really enjoyed it. Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag — Nasseh Nov 24, 2009

Apple Dumpling Bake

Posted by bmcnichol

Yummy! I cut 4 apples into chunks then scattered in the bottom of a baking pan with the other ingredients. I then laid the crescent roll sheet over top of the apples. I also used more Mountain Dew as others suggested. Made for PRMR Tag — Nasseh Nov 21, 2009

Mango Fruit Cocktail

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Sharon123

I used crushed pineapple instead of pineapple chunks. I think this helped with the stringy texture that others experience when drinking. Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag — Nasseh Nov 18, 2009

Hot Dog Sandwich

Posted by Starrynews

I thought everyone knew about this little gem! I prefer eating my hotdogs this way, adding mustard & mayo to the bread. To make the sandwich easier to handle I cut it in half between the dogs. Reviewed for Everyday is a Holiday Tag — Nasseh Nov 18, 2009

Redskin Potato Soup

I thought the chicken didn't really go with the rest of the soup. This would probably be better with bacon. Made for Zaar Stars Tag — Nasseh Nov 17, 2009

Nan's Classic Mustard Potato Salad

Posted by PanNan

I left out the onions & celery because we don't really care for them. Next time I will leave out the pickles but keep the pickle juice. The kids weren't crazy about seeing the green in the potato salad. Thanks Pan for a great recipe. — Nasseh Nov 14, 2009

Mexican Meat Pie

Posted by Vicki in CT

I made this using chicken instead of ground beef. I also only used 1/2 lb of Velveeta. The corn tortillas I used made this dish too salty. Other than that it tasted good. Made for Photo Tag — Nasseh Nov 13, 2009
