Crunchy Parmesan Chicken

Posted by Juenessa

This is very tasty. I used about 1 cup of plain breadcrumbs to stretch the coating and used chicken tenders. I baked mine at 375 for 30 minutes. Came out moist and tender. — nmj Nov 24, 2009

Creamy Brownie Frosting

Posted by Joy1996

This is a delicious, rich, chocolatey frosting! Quick and easy to make. I made it for brownies, but it would be great on chocolate cake or cupcakes. — nmj Nov 24, 2009

The BEST EVER Fudge Brownies

Posted by Tracy Graves

These were very good brownies. I made a quick chocolate frosting to go on them, but they really didn't need it. These are rich and fudgy brownies. — nmj Nov 24, 2009

Caramelized Butternut Squash

Posted by Pianolady

This was OK. I cut mine into large chunks but they turned to mush. I would suggest a cooking time closer to 30 minutes. — nmj Nov 12, 2009

Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Posted by HSingARMYmom

I made this with Cheez-Its as well, but the parmesan and cheddar ones. The crackers were incredible by themselves, and I had really high hopes for the chicken, but all flavor was lost after frying. It turned out OK, just not as tasty as I thought... — nmj Nov 12, 2009

Black Cat Cookies

Posted by Jolene Green

I would give these cookies five stars because they look so cute, but they did not taste a bit good. The dough was very dry and crumbly and they baked up dry and bland. — nmj Nov 2, 2009

Kittencal's Buttery Cut-Out Sugar Cookies W/ Icing That Hardens

Posted by KITTENCAL

These are great, but they really do need the icing because they are not very sweet. Paired with the icing, they are perfect. I baked mine at 375 for about 8 minutes. They held their shape well. — nmj Oct 27, 2009

Jenn's Sesame Chicken

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Lark

This is super quick and easy, just not as tasty as I had hoped. Next time I may try adding some garlic and ginger. Be sure your chicken is thoroughly cooked because the soy and sugar mixture will burn really fast once the chicken is added back in! — nmj Oct 21, 2009

Yummy Crunchy Caramel Apple Pie

Posted by Wendy W88

Delicious apple pie! Best served with vanilla ice cream of course! I used a total of 5 apples, or about 5 cups, and that was plenty. This recipe makes a ton of topping mixture. I piled on what I could, but did not used it all. — nmj Oct 20, 2009

Chicken Breasts with Spicy Honey Orange Glaze

Posted by Dancer^

I thought this was great, but I only used a dash of red pepper because I don't like things spicy. The sauce is wonderful over brown rice. — nmj Oct 1, 2009

Stir-Fry Chicken With Garlic Sauce

Posted by CoffeeMom

This was so delicious! I used half the marinade to marinate the chicken and saved the other half to use later for the sauce. This was quick, easy, and uses ingredients on hand. I added broccoli, red and green pepper, and some onion. — nmj Sep 29, 2009
