4 Ingredient Peach Cobbler

Posted by a_happy_goddess

This was good and super easy, but too sweet and buttery for my taste. Next time I will try decreasing the sugar and butter and increase the flour a bit. I used fresh peaches which worked well. The bake time was perfect. — The Chocolate Chef Sep 17, 2009

Orange, Chocolate & Cinnamon Muffins

Posted by Dannygirl

I used Recipezaar's converter to convert to US measurements, but then I tweaked it to make the measuring easier. They came out a little flat, maybe because I did that. But they were moist and delicious. You could taste the chocolate, orange,... — The Chocolate Chef Jul 25, 2009

Bob's Mexican Rice

Posted by Belly Up With Bob

This is a very easy recipe and tasty too. I corrected the water as others did (the canned tomatoes AND water should equal 4 cups together, NOT four cups of water). — The Chocolate Chef Jul 13, 2009

Hot Bacon Dressing (For Spinach-Bacon Salad)

Posted by Smiling in Texas

This was just okay for me. I thought it was a little bland. Not sure how I would make it better, but something was definitely missing. — The Chocolate Chef Jun 13, 2009

Sensational Sole

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Oolala

This was yummy, though I did change it up. Instead of tabasco, onions, and salt, I used oregano and lemon pepper. I think the base of parmesan, butter, and mayo was great. Very easy and quick recipe that I was able to throw together at the last... — The Chocolate Chef Jun 12, 2009

We ended up using closer to 3 cups sugar (for consistency), but it tasted great. Very simple. Perfect for carrot cake. — The Chocolate Chef Jun 5, 2009

Bacon Deviled Eggs

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Caroline Cooks

I think we forgot to put in the salt and pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe. These were a hit at our family's Easter dinner. I wouldn't bother with any other recipe. I think these would be great at BBQ's too. — The Chocolate Chef Apr 13, 2009

Very easy! I loved that I could just throw all the seasonings into the pan with the butter and oil and then throw in the fish when it was heated. It tasted great. — The Chocolate Chef Apr 2, 2009

Homemade Chocolate Sheet Cake

This recipe was so easy, I didn't have to buy any special ingredients. The cake was moist and chocolatey. I used frosting from a Texas sheet cake recipe and it was perfect. — The Chocolate Chef Jan 24, 2008

Kicked up Baked Sweet Potatoes

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by mama's kitchen

I was looking for an alternative to candied yams for Thanksgiving and this recipe looked like a good guide. I replaced 1/2 tsp of the cinnamon with allspice, skipped the chili powder and added cayenne and salt to taste. So yummy. Still sweet,... — The Chocolate Chef Nov 22, 2007

Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce

Posted by Dancer^

Very quick, very easy. Just throw the water, sugar, cranberries into a small pot, boil, reduce, and then you're done! I smashed the berries because I like it better that way. Very tasty, even with cranberries I had in my freezer for nearly a year! — The Chocolate Chef Oct 13, 2007
