I really thought this was a little dry and lacked some flavor....I reccomend making this with oil & adding some nutmeg & cinnamon in the dough. — Joygi Dec 16, 2003

Peach and Blueberry Casserole

My friends liked this, but then what are friends for? I just did not like not having mixed the crumble on top, it made certain bites less palatable than others — Joygi Aug 28, 2003

Easy Dutch Apple Pie

Very good, but my two complaints are that the crust was too sweet and also did not cook entirely and I cook it longer than specified...Also I used Fuji and they just weren't tart enough. Oh well, pretty good anyway, but I would really reduce the... — Joygi Jun 1, 2003

Pineapple Chutney

I didn't use cranberries and my pineapple and ginger were fresh....so, although I varied quite a bit of this it was superb. I added some cucmbers, a must for crispy texture, mustard powder, and some garlic, the savory really balnced the sweet out! — Joygi Jun 1, 2003

Well, it just didn't come out right for me. Used whole wheat flour and it seemed to not cook well enough on the inside. Think we only ate about 1/4 of this. Would not make again. — Joygi Apr 26, 2003

I really enjoyed this. Didn't make the dressing, just used the Cenzorio, premade dressing but it was still good. Honey glazed the pecans and organic strawberries are a must! — Joygi Apr 26, 2003

Well, I did overcook the zucchinni, but I still wouldn't rave about the sauce. Might make it again. Nice simple veggie side...served with orzo — Joygi Apr 26, 2003
