Really yummy, my whole family enjoyed this one. The other reviews were also very helpful, I checked mine after 20 mins and removed it just after that. The full cook time in my oven would have definitely been too long! PS French Tart means it... — Chef #602871 Nov 12, 2007

Roast Butternut Squash (Per Sonia Stevenson)

I used this recipe as the basis for a mixed roast vegetable tart. I cubed the squash and added aubergene,onion, sweet peppers, and asparagus (oh and more garlic). You could also try adding chorizo if your a die hard meat fan. — Chef #602871 Nov 7, 2007
