Wow that was almost too juicy. I increased the meat to 1.5 lbs and didn't increase anything else, except a little more breadcrumbs. I also added oregano and parmesan as suggested above. I used less onion and less catsup on top. — Mooncoyotemom May 7, 2008

Good stuff! I added potatoes, and at the end some cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I didn't have a stout beer but it still worked okay. Also I had to cook longer, more like 9.5 hrs. — Mooncoyotemom Sep 27, 2007
