Five Hour Beef Stew

Posted by MizzNezz

This was a very tasty stew. I halfed the recipe but still used the full can of soup and water called for and it turned out perfect. I would suggest if making the full recipe to double the soup and water. Thanks MizzNezz. — Fluffy Oct 21, 2009

Perfect Prime Rib

Fiesta Chicken Casserole

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by paula giles

Very tastey dish. I didn't bother adding the green chilies. We found it had enough bite with the rotel tomatoes. The only thing was that the doritos stuck to the bottom. The next time I will be sure to spray the casserole dish with a non stick... — Fluffy Jan 28, 2009

Bacon and Rotel Quiche

Posted by ~Nimz~

This was very good, especially with the rotel tomatoes. I only used 4 eggs and half a cup of milk otherwise it would have overflowed. Maybe if using a deep dish pie shell it would have been ok. Anyway I will be making this again. Thanks — Fluffy Nov 28, 2008

This is the first time I have cooked bacon in the oven. It was great and I will be using this method from now on. I didn't use parchment paper because I was using my pampered chef stoneware pan for the first time and I wanted to season it. — Fluffy Nov 21, 2008
