super delicious and easy! My husband prefers meat with his pasta so I added some cooked sausage just before putting it in the oven. — riario Oct 9, 2009

Mom's Chocolate Cupcakes

Posted by kmdipaolo

Great recipe for making just a few cupcakes, I halved it and got 6. Very tasty but a bit too soft, they fell apart easily, I would prefer denser cupcakes. — riario Sep 30, 2009

Dynamite Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Raisin Cookies

Posted by HELEN PEAGRAM

These cookies were yummy but too sweet. I think the large amount of sugar is also the reason why they don't set up well. They had to cool on the pan for about 10 minutes or they just fell apart, which means making them is really time consuming.... — riario Apr 22, 2009

Great-Grandmother's Pancake/Waffle Batter

Posted by highcotton

I made this into waffles and they were pretty salty and we probably would have thrown them out if we weren't planning on eating them with fried chicken. i prefer my waffles with a hint of sweetness and these have no sugar. — riario Dec 6, 2008

Easy Beer Bread

Posted by Allison Williams

I've made this recipe twice now. The first time I split it into 2 loaf pans and followed the recipe exactly. I got to very small loaves of bread that tasted pretty good but were overly buttery and too crunchy. The second time making the bread I... — riario Dec 2, 2008

Peanut Butter Krispies Treats

Posted by KitchenCraftsnMore

very good as it reminds me of being a kid - my grandma used to make something similar. i halfed the recipe and they turned out pretty hard, maybe don't cook it so long or add more rice krispies. — riario Nov 28, 2008

Spicy Red Lentil Chili

Posted by windhorse23

Not spicy enough for us but it was still very good. I used chicken and veggie stocks instead of the water for added flavor and no celery as we were out. Sour cream was a good addition riario Nov 28, 2008

Wrapped Salmon

Posted by SkinnyMinnie

Made this for dinner last night and it was delicious the salmon turned out great and really moist even though I probably overcooked it by a few minutes. I used cooking spray instead of butter and find that's much easier when dealing with phyllo... — riario Nov 25, 2008

Yummy Crunchy Caramel Apple Pie

Posted by Wendy W88

I really like the addition of pecans with this pie. The crumb topping recipe produced too much and next time I would cut it in half. Also when cooking according to the directions the crust wasn't cooked through on the bottom. — riario Oct 27, 2008

Pumpkin Muffins

These muffins have really good flavor but to me the texture was too light and fluffy, more like pumpkin bread - I prefer muffins to be denser. — riario Nov 1, 2007

Fat Free Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by OSURD

I was excited to try these after reading all the other reviews. I was hoping they would taste like a chocolate zucchini bread but they tasted like chocolate vegetables. I had to throw half of them away because no one would eat them. — riario Oct 25, 2007
