These are wonderful! i did change the glaze by using icing sugar and then i poked the tops of the muffins with toothpicks and slowly poured the glaze on. WOW, amazing flavor! These are so good i hope i dont eat them all myself tonight! — notinoz Jan 7, 2009

this corn is so good! we mix all these ingredients up using hot sauce instead of the ground peppers, then add it to a steamed bag of frozen corn. we make this at least once a week! great with grilled chicken. — notinoz Dec 3, 2008
