Strawberry Butter

Made this for a dinner party. Was great with home-made rolls. The recipe was simple, but I had difficulty with getting the strawberrys and the butter to mix well. Bit of a clumpy appearance. My solution, heat for about a minute in microwave... — Larry Caton Apr 12, 2009
