Beer Pizza Crust

Posted by Babs in Toyland

Very good!! I added some basil, italian seasoning, and garlic powder just because we like a seasoned crust. Like other reviewers, the crust didn't brown up so when baked on a stone but it was still very good and very easy. Thank you!! — RaeMay Sep 21, 2009

Copycat Applebee's Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Fantastic!! Even better after it sits for a few days. Broiled for the last two minutes to brown the cheese. Just awesome. I'm going to make it for my graduation party too! Thanks!! **Edit** I wanted to bring this to work one day but didn't have... — RaeMay Aug 23, 2009

Zucchini and Bacon Quiche

Posted by PrincessSarahNP

This was great!! I tried to double this recipe and actually came out with three, two with crust, one without. I had two medium zucchini to get rid of so I put those in the food processor and then sauteed with some green onions and garlic. Since... — RaeMay Aug 12, 2009

Pomegranate Margarita

These were fantastic! We made these for the 4th of July and wow! What a hit!! We had to multiple the recipe by about a billion to serve every one there and my mom got a little spunky with the tequila but it was awesome!! — RaeMay Aug 8, 2009

Chocolate Raspberry (Or Strawberry) Tall Cake

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by shimmerchk

I'm pretty sure it would have been comical to watch me try to put this cake together. I had one layer split in half and then fall, I didn't get enough filling on the bottom layer (and that was the one that fell) so it was short and lopsided, my... — RaeMay Jun 13, 2009

Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

Posted by UnknownChef86

We make these with melting chocolate in different colors both for fun and because it sets up a little better with or without refrigeration. We also squeeze just a little lemon juice over the tops while the chocolate is still wet. It sounds... — RaeMay May 17, 2009

Cheese Tortellini Pesto Pasta Salad

Posted by Wildflour

Great!! Made as a sample for a grad. party I'm catering and got nothing but rave reviews! I will add some deer sausage or pepperoni or something next time and I added a bit more garlic but other than that wouldn't change a thing. Thanks!! — RaeMay Apr 4, 2009

Spicy Vegetable Hummus

We weren't huge fans, maybe with a little tweaking we could make it fit our tastes but I think we prefer just regular hummus. Thanks anway!! — RaeMay Apr 2, 2009

Ultimate Pizza Sauce

Posted by SAMS_Club

I didn't have any basil (darn!!) and added a little more garlic. Next time I wouldn't add the sugar as it was too sweet for our tastes. Will be using this again! Thanks!! — RaeMay Mar 17, 2009

Pizza Dough for Thin Crust Pizza

Posted by UnknownChef86

Very good! I added some parm and Italian seasoning after reading some of the other reviews. I didn't split the dough in two which was probably a poor choice on my part but it was tasty. Thank you!! — RaeMay Mar 17, 2009

Stu's Hummus

Very, very tasty!! I used peanut butter instead tahini because I'm a poor college kid and probably added a little more cumin just for our tastes. Thanks a bunch!! — RaeMay Mar 16, 2009

I heard these were fantastic!! I made one for a friend and one for my mom and they both didn't have a bad word to say about it. I used red and green bell peppers, a little onion, lettuce, cucumber and shredded carrots. I'm really excited to try... — RaeMay Mar 16, 2009

5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

This was very tasty but far to heavy and rich for my blood. I think my mom, had she been home, would have love it though!! I'll keep the recipe around and see if I can't make a more whimpy version of it for myself!! Thank you! — RaeMay Mar 10, 2009

Not that this needs another rating but...these were tasty!! I just did regular old salt potato chips and never could get them just right but I will, without a doubt, keep playing with this recipe. Thank you!! — RaeMay Mar 10, 2009

Refried Beans

This recipe was pretty good but I was a little disappointed with the taste. It seemed a little bland to us even with the added garlic. We didn't think the beer was overpowering at all, in fact, I think I'll use a darker, stronger beer next time... — RaeMay Feb 27, 2009

Weight Watchers 2-Points Creamed Corn

Posted by xpnsve

I was really excited about this recipe but kind of disappointed with the end result. There was just something missing in it for me. To be fair, my dad thought it was "perfect" and my mom, who doesn't like creamed corn, thought it was good. So... — RaeMay Feb 23, 2009
