Granny Smith Cake

The Granny Smith Cake is delicious. I had to modify it somewhat since I couldn't get a spice cake mix. I substituted with a butter pecan mix and added cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of ginger. Very tasty and very moist. Juanita Hicks — Juan Oct 18, 2002
