My Favorite King Ranch Chicken

Posted by Kim D.

I liked it. Was simple to make and everyone ate it. The only thing was that my dish somehow did not have much of the sauce. I used 6 breast, maybe I should have used only 4 and placed in a smaller baking dish. Then would have been perfect amount... — Wendy@TN Oct 27, 2008

Vegetable Pizza

I have been making this for about 2 years now- I use the carrot, broc and cauli mix that I find in the produce section at my supermarket. I usually do not use ALL the ranch mix, but use most of it. I kinda go by taste until it reaches my liking — Wendy@TN Oct 9, 2008

Cornflake-Crusted Baked Chicken

Oh My....Where do I start. I made this last night. I used boneless, skinless chicken breast (fresh NOT FROZEN). I used chicken poultry seasoning instead of the cayenne. I put the seasoning as well as salt and pepper on the breast and in the... — Wendy@TN Oct 3, 2008

Cheesy Baked Tortellini - Giada

I followed the recipe as stated except used SMOKED MOZZErELLA instead. That is what the original food network recipe called for. It turned out SO good. The smoked mozzerella is what sets this dish apart from the rest. I have made this probably 10... — Wendy@TN Sep 3, 2008

Ham & Cheese Quiche

I was a little sceptical of this at first because it was such a simple recipe. BOY WAS I WRONG. It turned out better than I would have EVER expected. I used some left over Honey Baked Ham, added an extra egg and a little extra cheese. Other than... — Wendy@TN Dec 28, 2007

I made this a few days back. I used extra lean ground beef and spiced it up just a tab bit more than called for. It turned out really good. I will be making this again. — Wendy@TN Oct 11, 2007

I have been making this SAME recipe for awhile now. It was passed down to me as well. I can not put into words how YUMMY this is. I have seen and made different variations of this without the cottage cheese, but it is not the same. I would suggest... — Wendy@TN Sep 18, 2007

I liked this recipe alot. My daughter was not as big of a fan. She and my other guest said it was a little too rich and salty. But, I like rich tasting foods myself. — Wendy@TN Aug 31, 2007

Chicken Stew With Biscuits

Posted by Queen of Everything

I really liked the flavor to this dish. The only thing I will do differently next time is thicken the stew a little more. It was a little (not too much) runny for my taste. — Wendy@TN Aug 21, 2007
