Really REALLY good. I've made it a few times, and the pot is always empty by the end of the day. Just be careful you don't add too much fish sauce - I did one time, and the whole kitchen smelled (and it overpowered the curry). — Chef #556797 Sep 12, 2008

This turned out better than I could have hoped for! So flavourful, and such a great presentation. I made curried rice and spooned it in a circle around the cantaloupe halves. I also made a salad with pineapple-balsamic vinaigrette to go with it.... — Chef #556797 Sep 12, 2008
