Mojito Cocktail

One needs to release the mint aroma by muddling. I put the fresh mint and sugar into a highball glass and muddled/pressed the mint into the glass to release the mint oils. Added 1-1/2 oz rum, 8 ice cubes, club soda. — Chef #556454 Aug 21, 2007
