Crumbed Beef Sausages

Posted by I'mPat

This was just pretty good. I made the recipe as stated. The crumb coating kind of took away from the sausage flavor. I'm sure it is only a personal preference, but I won't make this again. — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Nov 16, 2009

Pigs in the Garden Casserole

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Tyler's Wife and Chef

We loved this recipe! I liked your other recipe, 396124, so much I decided to try this one. I served it with some rolls and a salad, and it was a wonderful meal. I halved the recipe and it served 4 of us perfectly. Thank you for a great recipe! — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Oct 28, 2009

Savory Ranch Potatoes

Posted by Tyler's Wife and Chef

I cubed my potatoes, and boiled them about 10 minutes. Otherwise, I made the recipe as written. It was delicious. Such a great flavor, and will accompany almost any meat dish nicely. Thank you for an excellent recipe! We will be making this... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Oct 24, 2009

Zucchini Casserole

Posted by Tebo

This is a great way to use zucchini. I made the recipe as written. It was very flavorful and still good the next day too. I think it would be good with green tobasco sauce added. — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Sep 12, 2009

Awesome Baked Ham

Posted by Boopster

This is super easy. The mustard and brown sugar mixture just magnify the ham flavor beautifully! I made the recipe as written, and used the bone-in ham. It was very moist and I can't say enough about the flavor! I will always use this recipe... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Sep 12, 2009

Mexican Crema

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Sharon123

Very tangy and a nice addition to Mexican food. I think the sour cream here, in Cyprus, might be thinner, so next time I will use more zest and less juice. This is a keeper. Thanks Sharon123! — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Sep 4, 2009

Pork Steaks With a Orange Rosemary Sauce

Posted by Latchy

The orange flavor really came through. We liked this pretty well. The marinade did not tenderize the pork steaks quite as much as some other recipes we have tried. But it was very flavorful. — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Sep 3, 2009

Decked-Out Water

Posted by Bobbie

This is a very good recipe. I made it as written, but did not have cranberries, so I substituted the same number of dried cherries instead. I think this would be fun to play with and try different combinations. Thanks Bobbie for a great recipe! — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Aug 21, 2009

Walnut Pasta Di Momento

Posted by *axxo*

Great recipe. I used 4 shallots, and added a bit of the juice of the orange when I added the parsley. Very delicious and simple to make. Thank you axxo for a wonderful recipe! — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Aug 7, 2009

Fried Garlic Asparagus

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by ~Nimz~

This really is a great tasting way to have asparagus. I, too, used a bit less butter and oil. The garlic and kosher salt are wonderful. I served lemon wedges on the side for those who prefer it that way. Very good! Thank you for a wonderful... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Aug 3, 2009

Baked Texas Jalapeño Peppers

Posted by Just Cher

These are fantastic! I have made them many times now, and have just noticed that I never reviewed them. The first time, I boiled them too long - 5 minutes really is the perfect amount of time to boil them. The bacon is a perfect flavor with the... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Aug 1, 2009

Artichoke Bread

Posted by Just Cher

This is good as an appetizer, or maybe a snack. But, it is waaaaay to rich to have more than a piece or two. It has a nice flavor, but can easily become over-powering. It is a lot like artichoke dip, just a whole lot more of it, and on bread.... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Aug 1, 2009

Pumpkin Muffins

Posted by ratherbeswimmin'

These are very moist and flavorful. I used an over-flowing cup of pumpkin, and doubled the spices. I also added a large handful of sultanas and chopped pecans. The recipe, this way, made 20 medium size muffins. Thank you for this wonderful... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Jul 30, 2009

Paula Deen's Orange Brownies

Posted by Lorraine of AZ

This is a really delicious recipe. Piercing the cake with a fork makes the texture very unique and the frosting moistens the brownies more, also. The butter can easily be cut in half by supplementing with a 1/2 c. of applesauce. I love Paula... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Jul 30, 2009

Oven-Fried Chicken Chimichangas

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Miss Annie

This is really a great recipe! I used olive oil, too, instead of the butter. They came out very crisp. The only other changes I made were adding a can of chopped green chilis to the chicken mix before baking, and topping them with a queso sauce... — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Jul 30, 2009

Cheesy Green Chili Rice

Posted by Annacia

This is a super recipe with wonderful flavour. I added 1 tsp. of cumin for an extra kick. Next time I will try cutting the sour cream to 1 cup, just to see...as the sour cream was a very prevalent flavour. But, it really is perfect as is. — Lili's, Rori's & Rainah's Meemaw Jul 12, 2009
