Very good! I loved the kick of the cayenne. Didn't have any Cajun seasoning to use, but was still delicious. I mixed 1 tsp: salt, garlic powder and seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp of cayenne in a small bowl first, since I wasn't sure how much to use.... — JJBear Oct 24, 2007

So good! I didn't have any nutmeg or penne, so I improvised with ground ginger and angel hair pasta. I added a few extra dashes of cayenne and a spritz of fresh lemon juice after I plated it. Loved it! Will definitely make again and again! — JJBear Aug 3, 2007
