Very good! I loved the kick of the cayenne. Didn't have any Cajun seasoning to use, but was still delicious. I mixed 1 tsp: salt, garlic powder and seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp of cayenne in a small bowl first, since I wasn't sure how much to use.... — JJBear Oct 24, 2007
