Yummmm meeeeee. I did tweak it a little: used dry-fried pinenuts which are a lovely combo with butternut squash. I also used an 8oz packet of diced bacon lardons (so a lot more bacon than suggested!) and therefore didn't use any oil to fry off... — Tallbirdmace Jul 22, 2008
