Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Posted by Lightly Toasted

Barbacoa

Very delicious. Not hot spicy at all. Very nice flavor. It was nice to have a mexican food night at our house and not have the same old tacos or enchiladas. Will add this to my favorites. Good job! — Jackie7757 Nov 1, 2009

Garlic Butter Rice

Delicious! A wonderful addition to my side dish recipes. Yummy! I've made it both ways, once with broth and bouillon and once with water and bouillon. No one tasted the difference. All I know is I liked it either way. — Jackie7757 Jun 6, 2009

This must be a really regional recipe. My family didn't care for it. But I'm glad alot of people do. We all have different taste. I am glad I tried it though. I've wondered about this sandwich for years. Now I know. Thanks. — Jackie7757 Mar 4, 2009

Taco Bell Quesadillas

Family loved the sauce for the quesadilla's. We make quesadillas every few weeks, a quick simple supper during the week. But this sauce has elevated our simple meal into an event. They love it. Thanks! — Jackie7757 Feb 18, 2009

Not Like the Others Rainbow Seven Layered Jello Dessert

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by kiwidutch

For the white layer, I use sweetened condensed milk and the unflavored gelatin, warmed on the stovetop. The white layer is sweeter that way. I've been making this since my son was a youngin', he's 30 now. — Jackie7757 Jul 3, 2008

The Perfect Baked Potato

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by wwltmom

I also do potatoes like this, except I place a generous amount of salt on my baking sheet and set my potato on top of the salt. It helps make the potato cook evenly all the way around, so no hard bottom. I also pierce with fork before baking. — Jackie7757 Dec 20, 2007
