This is a great recipe. I picked this one because I had everything for it already. I only put a few drops of tabasco instead of the 1/3 cup hot sauce but it still has a great flavor and kick. I used venison with this recipe instead of beef. Thanks — Chef #511620 Sep 30, 2008
