Weight Watchers Black Bean Brownies - Ww Points = 3

These were just ok tasting and don't last longer than a few days at room temp. Maybe they are supposed to be refrigerated? — Wildblu3 Sep 22, 2009

Weight Watchers 4pt. Cola Chicken

Posted by MommaMac

This was really good! Mine cooked a lot faster than 45 min though which gave me a super thick sauce. Next time I will double the sauce so I can have some for my rice. I did add liquid smoke and garlic which just boosted the flavor. — Wildblu3 Sep 3, 2009

Beer Simmered Beans

Posted by CaliforniaJan

YUM! I used all pintos b/c I was out of black beans and added cooked bacon and they were so yummy. After they simmer, the consistency was similar to refried beans. Very easy to make too. Thanks! — Wildblu3 Aug 16, 2009

Lawry's Taco Spices & Seasoning Mix (Copycat Recipe)

Posted by Wee Tam and The Big Huge

Very good! I looked this up b/c I was about to start dinner and realized I had no taco seasoning. I will not be buying seasoning after making this one though. Thanks for posting! — Wildblu3 Aug 16, 2009

Ww 5 Can Soup

Posted by NicoleM

This is a great idea for after you have a baby. I made this and froze it a week before I was due. Ate it daily after the baby came. I did have to add extra seasoning b/c it was a bit bland though. Thanks for posting. — Wildblu3 Apr 22, 2009

Yum! My whole family loved this. The only complaint I had is that I didn't serve it with tortillas. Wildblu3 Apr 22, 2009

Healthy Pie Crust

Posted by cwambeam

Great, didn't change a thing. I used the chill and roll b/t two sheets of cling wrap and it rolled out perfect! The pickiest eater in my family couldn't stop talking about this crust. Wildblu3 Mar 8, 2009

Chicken Fajita Casserole

Posted by Robyn from the desert

This is a great recipe that I will be making again! The only thing I did different was I used pre cooked chicken and used a packet of taco seasoning (followed directions like I would with beef) so I left out the garlic. Thanks for posting. — Wildblu3 Mar 8, 2009

Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese...yum!

Posted by Jen Santiago

Wonderful recipe! Easy to make and my family loved it. They said I could just make the sauce for dinner and that would still be great! Oh, I did cook mine on low for 8 hours instead of high for 4. — Wildblu3 Jun 4, 2008

The sauce was a bit runny but still tasted great! I will have to tweak it a bit next time. — Wildblu3 May 28, 2008

Mexican Manicotti

Posted by MizzNezz

My family ate this but only b/c they were hungry, not b/c they liked it. The refried beans and oregano don't mix well together. With the meat uncooked to start, it makes a weird consistency. I had a lot of left overs thrown out. Wildblu3 May 28, 2008
