Cowboy Salad, Paul Newman's Favorite

Posted by Lalaloob

Tasty & easy. Made just like the recipe instructed. I can see this stuffed inside a pita or rolled in a tortilla. I'd never had Newmans Olive Oil Vinegar dressing. It is delicious on it's own and also with the added ingredients in this salad. — CASunshine Sep 30, 2009

Country Chicken-Rice Bake

This is really good and pretty to look at, also. I only had full fat cream cheese in the house but I took the calorie chance and made it anyways. So very good that I'd bet it'd be great with the low fat version of cream cheese, too. The was so... — CASunshine Jan 25, 2008

Tuscan Salmon

All I can say is "Yummy"! This was easy to put together and healthy, too! I didn't have any honey, so I subbed the same amount of brown sugar and rubbed it onto the salmon with the other seasonings. I used pinot noir for the red wine. Because... — CASunshine Jan 15, 2008
