Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Rach2

Another great recipe. Picky dd even ate all the leftovers. I used Campbell's Healthy Request soup to help cut down the sodium and added a half can of water. I cut the biscuits into quarters. — bsneary Jan 5, 2009

Chicken Stroganoff - Crock Pot

Everyone loved this! I didn't read all the instructions first and had defrosted the chicken breasts. I cut them into bite sized pieces and only cooked it 4 hours. I also added some leftover sliced mushrooms. — bsneary Dec 1, 2008

Grilled sesame tofu

Posted by Hey Jude

Great recipe. I've been trying tofu as a main dish one day a week and this recipe will stay on my rotation. I didn't have any chili oil so I substituted red pepper flakes. I grilled them at 350 degress for 6 minutes on my George Foreman grill. — bsneary Sep 21, 2008

Zesty Chicken Sauté

Very good. Not as spicy as I thought it would be. I pounded the chicken just enough to have an even thickness. — bsneary Apr 20, 2008

This passed the picky DD test. I ground up 2 1/2 cups of oatmeal in my food processor and them measured the 2 cups of oatmeal. This gave them a less rough texture and wern't quite so runny to make. — bsneary Dec 28, 2007
