I really like this! I made it with spaghetti tonight and the hubby and I really enjoyed it. I didn't have cheddar and used taco cheese instead, which worked out well, I also added some garlic powder to the mix. Yum! — MissCeleste Jul 21, 2009

This one's a winner. I made it in the crock pot on high for 5 hours. The only changes I made were to exclue the thyme, I added a clove of garlic, added more veggies, and instead of using canned broth I used bouillon cubes and water. — MissCeleste Jan 17, 2008
