few mistakes: needs metric conversion amounts, forgot to mention the potatoes need to be sliced thin before layering, and didn't mention any kind of salt or flavoring added. Other than that, the recipe sounds correct. — Chef #489776 Jul 21, 2009

I loved it! Tried it twice now, and used the whole egg and more cornstarch for the chicken, and it turned out more like PF Chang's. I used crushed red chili pepper instead, and it turned out just as delicious! I will be making this much more... — Chef #489776 Jun 12, 2007
