Good recipe for rolls, but not exactly like the Portuguese ones I'm used to here in MA. These were a little smaller than usual, and while the crust was quite close, the inside was a bit denser, not quite as airy.....still tasty, just not like the... — Chef #487107 May 2, 2008

Awesome! I was looking for something different since I'm low-carbing and therefore staying away from most alcohol. I halved the recipe for 4 people- used crystal light pink lemonade, a mic ultra beer, and absolute vodka and everyone enjoyed it. — Chef #487107 Apr 20, 2007
