This is a keeper! I added 3/4 c of the parm because I like mine w/ more of a kick and next time I will mince the garlic so it is evenly distributed. — joythewannabefoodie Nov 28, 2008

Easy Way Lasagna

Posted by MizzNezz

This was very good, but I found that I had to use more ingredients. I ended up using 2 jars of the sauce and 12 oz container of the c.cheese and almost 4 cups of mozzarella cheese. I really liked the recipe, I'm just glad I had the extra to put on. — joythewannabefoodie Oct 28, 2008

Chocolate Pillows

Posted by cylee

I saw this in the magazine, too and had to try. Def. do not over cook or they are too hard to eat. I did not make mine w/ the sauce and icecream and I wish I did. This dessert def. needs a sauce (any) and would've tasted sooooo much better w/... — joythewannabefoodie Sep 23, 2008

Marinated Chicken Wings

Posted by Manda

Excellent! I used 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup water and 3/4 cup sugar instead and only marinated it for 4 hours and it came out fine. I cooked the marinade on the stovetop and used it as sauce for my white rice.... delicious! — joythewannabefoodie Sep 3, 2008

It's Thyme for Rice Pilaf

This is a keeper. I added everything except the Tabasco sauce and it came out fine. Also, next time I make it I will omit the parsley as I couldn't even taste it in the rice. — joythewannabefoodie Feb 8, 2008

Herb-Roasted Chicken

I marinated the cxn for 3 1/2 hours and it was fine. Also, I microwaved 4 Tablespoons of Can't Believe It's Not Butter w/ the minced garlic for about 45 seconds before basting it on the cxn. Good stuff! — joythewannabefoodie Feb 8, 2008

Yes indeed, if I am able to pull this off, ANYBODY can cook this. I cook a 9+ lb roast and let it sit in the oven for 3 hours and cooked it for 35 min prior to serving and it came out perfect! So glad I came across this recipe! — joythewannabefoodie Jan 13, 2008

This recipe is a keeper! I did however have to cook it for 5 minutes longer (because everyone's oven is different). There is never any left overs when I make these. — joythewannabefoodie Dec 7, 2007

This was wonderful. I did however have to cook it for a little bit longer because the first one I flipped over just oozed all over the place. So I just shut off the stove and let it sit there for an additional 3 minutes and then it was fine.... — joythewannabefoodie Dec 7, 2007
