This is a fantastic recipe that comes close to our beloved Kenny Rogers! I stupidly used course cornmeal instead of fine cornmeal. BIG MISTAKE. Also, i think 1 tsp of vanilla extract will heighten this recipe to perfection. Thanks for sharing. — mng10 Mar 31, 2009
