I have one word for these: YUM! I have also substituted applesauce for the oil, and they still turned out great. I find them a little tricky to flip. But still my favorite pancake recipe. I eat them without adding any butter or syrup.. right... — Tara 66 Jan 1, 2008

I make this recipe so much, I made a blend of the spices so when I need to make it I just add 2 1/2 T. of the blend rather than getting out 11 different spices every time. — Tara 66 Apr 21, 2007
